​Founder of ProAli Design in 1986, Miles Fink has over the last 30 years been designing, building & installing some of the largest manufacturing plants across many industries in Australia & New Zealand.
The business has now grown to become the first choice for many of the leading Food Producing and Manufacturing companies in ANZ when upgrading or designing new manufacturing sites, or simply looking to achieve greater efficiencies with day to day and future production goals. Many of our employees have been with the business from the beginning, now with 2 of his 3 sons becoming an integral part of the business learning & honing their skills at ProAli.
Miles is a believer of continual improvement in both design and new product materials.

Mike Thompson oversees production scheduling, manufacture, installation and staffing.
Starting at Pro Ali more than 25 years ago, Mike has a full understanding of Pro Ali's business capabilities and level of quality stainless steel manufacturing that is synonymous with Pro Ali's industry reputation.

Sam Fink


General Manager, Sam has worked in every aspect of ProAli starting in the workshop honing his trade then moving into the drafting office and now oversees the daily running

Jon Ball

Jon heads our Business Development & Commercial Sales Division, and has had a long career specialising in conveyor related systems and design across multiple industry segments.
Jon is known for his extensive industry knowledge, understanding and mechanical design solutions along with his ability to create systems that work in difficult areas of manufacturing and conveyor product transport. 

Drafting Team

Our new drawing office provides our draftsmen with the latest computer technology, ergonomic desks & wrap around screens provide an immersive environment to be a creative and cohesive detailed design team.
Our design team are qualified up to  Masters of Engineering.
